There was a huge breakdown in communication and follow-through. Although they completed 85% of the mobile app, the product demonstrated practically none of the functionality in the original scope, even after 4 months of work. The team’s poor output, chaotic workflow, dishonest billing methods, and aggressive interactions fell short of all expectations.
